Dispatch Time

In-stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and payment. Items requiring procurement from the manufacturer may take 5–10 business days — we'll always inform you of expected timelines before confirming your order.

Delivery Timelines

Kolkata and nearby areas: 1–2 business days. Rest of West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar and Jharkhand: 2–4 business days. Assam and Northeastern states: 3–6 business days. Rest of India: 3–7 business days, via reputed courier partners with tracking.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on product weight, dimensions and destination, and are shown at checkout or shared with your quotation. Bulk and institutional orders may qualify for subsidised or free shipping — ask our team when requesting a quote.

Packaging

All instruments are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging with additional protective outer packaging to prevent transit damage.
