Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in every instrument you buy from Calcutta Instrument Corporation. Please read our returns terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and warranty cards intact, and are not covered under a "no-return" category disclosed at the time of purchase (such as calibration-sealed or custom-configured instruments).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your instrument arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.

Non-Returnable Situations

Products that show signs of physical damage caused after delivery, missing accessories, or removed calibration seals are not eligible for return. Software-activated or custom-ordered instruments are non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item back at our Kolkata warehouse.
